Ever had a reminiscent feeling of being in an antiquated house with a mouthwatering gourmet dish? This restaurant will definitely give you that impression and will not ruin your trip.
The restaurant was named after the owner’s grandson and started out as a cafe, which eventually grew and became what it is now. It used to be known as “Makati’s best kept secret” but due to it’s growing customers, it has become famous just by word of mouth.
Here's a quick tour of bistro:
This is the receiving area.
A perfect table for four or five people in the corner behind the door, near the receiving area.
This part of the restaurant looks like what used to be the dining room. It best suites customers who are groups of 3 but they can always rearrange the tables for a bigger group.
When it comes to the menu, they have a variety of gourmet food that is served.
Mmmm.... Just looking at it ,makes me thirsty.
For appetizers, they have Kesong puti rolls. Kesong puti is cheese made of carabao's milk, salt and rennet. It's a soft, white cheese with a creamy texture.
They also serve pasta, savory dishes, kebabs and pizza.
Spicy Lamb Kebab
Seafood Pizza with Kesong puti
Pasta Aligue
Spareribs Pasta
